After ascending the corporate ladder at renowned global brands, Taryn sought more from life. She travelled to Costa Rica for a Yoga Teacher Training, where she experienced a profound awakening. She recognised that she would not fulfil her ambitions unless she addressed the doubts and fears that had dominated much of her life.

She embarked on a personal development journey, employing the tools and methods she now advocates to transform her life. She transitioned from being burnt-out, addicted, and anxious to leading a life marked by fulfilment, confidence, connection, and tranquillity.

Having overcome patterns that once held her back, she successfully built a purpose-driven business that allows her to work globally on a part-time basis, cultivate a loving relationship, and nurture a happy family.

Motivated to pass on these life-altering skills and knowledge, Taryn now aids those facing similar challenges who wish to enrich their lives.
