Our March timetable focuses on developing a positive morning and evening practice. By setting up our day and reviewing it in the evening we are able to monitor our mental health and appreciate our daily achievements.
April is all about understanding your thoughts ( we are still adding to the timetable for those of you who are sneaking ahead lol ). Information on May will be added soon.
