Start with the Setup Statement (Karate Chop Point):
"Even though I've hidden my desires and played small, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. Even though I’ve held back, stayed quiet, and felt unworthy, I choose now to honor my feelings, my journey, and the powerful person I am becoming. Even though I’ve silenced my voice and doubted my worth, I’m ready to awaken the incredible strength and potential within me. I am here, I am brave, and I am enough."

Tapping Sequence:

  1. Top of the Head:
    I've hidden my true desires.
    I played small.
    I stayed silent when I wanted to speak.
    But today, I am choosing to rise.

  2. Eyebrow Point:
    I acknowledge this part of me that didn't feel worthy.
    The part that was scared to shine.
    But I know now it's safe to let go.
    I am safe to be seen.

  3. Side of the Eye:
    I’ve lived with this fear for so long.
    The fear of being too much, of not being enough.
    But I am worthy just as I am.
    I honor this journey.

  4. Under the Eye:
    It’s okay to let these feelings rise.
    To feel the pain and let it move through me.
    I am brave enough to face these emotions.
    I am healing through every tear and every breath.

  5. Under the Nose:
    I am letting go of this old story.
    The story that I need to hide or hold back.
    I am stepping into my power.
    I am worthy of taking up space.

  6. Chin Point:
    I choose self-compassion.
    I choose kindness towards myself.
    I choose to see my strength and my beauty.
    I am deserving of my own love.

  7. Collarbone Point:
    As I tap, I release this fear.
    I release the shame, the doubt, and the self-judgment.
    I breathe in courage, I breathe out fear.
    I am capable, I am enough.

  8. Under the Arm:
    I awaken the true essence of who I am.
    The bold, fearless, and loving person within me.
    I am rising.
    I am becoming.

  9. Top of the Head:
    I embrace this transformation.
    I welcome the new me.
    I am ready to shine, to speak up, and to live fully.
    I am ready to step into my power.

Closing Statement:
"Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel the weight lifting from your shoulders. You are brave for showing up, for feeling deeply, and for taking this step. You are enough, just as you are. Today, you choose to be seen, to be heard, and to embrace the amazing person you are becoming. You are worthy of every good thing, every dream, every bit of happiness. And so it is." 🌟
