The Wisdom Gym Principles
The Wisdom Gym is built on a set of simple spiritual principles.
They are not rules.
They are practices that help us live with clarity, responsibility and faith.
These principles guide how we relate to ourselves, to others and to the Higher Power that holds our lives.
1. We build a relationship with our Higher Power as we understand it.
We recognise that life is not meant to be carried alone.
Through prayer, reflection and surrender we learn to trust a wisdom greater than our own.
2. We remember that we are loved, held and accepted.
Our worth does not depend on performance or perfection.
The Higher Power we relate to meets us with compassion, patience and grace.
From that safety, real change becomes possible.
3. We recognise the power within us and use it responsibly.
We influence our lives through our choices, thoughts, emotions and actions.
With awareness comes responsibility.
4. We heal through relationship.
Healing does not happen in isolation.
It happens through honest relationship with ourselves, with others and with the Divine.
We were not designed to carry our growth alone. Community is not optional, it is part of the practice
5. We practise honest self-examination without shame.
We look at our patterns, behaviours and emotions with courage and curiosity.
Not to judge ourselves, but to understand and grow.
6. We regulate our bodies so our faith can live in action.
A calm and regulated nervous system allows wisdom to guide us.
When the body settles, clarity returns.
7. We act with integrity and repair when we fall short.
Growth includes accountability.
When we make mistakes we take responsibility, repair where possible and continue learning.
8. We discern what is ours to do and surrender what is not.
Life asks for both effort and trust.
We take action where we have responsibility, and we release control where we do not.
Human effort and divine trust work together.
9. We contribute to the well-being of others.
As we grow in awareness, we naturally become a positive force in the lives of those around us.
Wisdom is meant to be lived and shared.
These principles form the foundation of The Wisdom Gym.
They guide our weekly teachings, daily practices and the way we approach personal growth.
Because wisdom is not just something we learn.
It is something we practise.
