Round 1: Releasing the Feelings of Stagnation

  1. Karate Chop (Side of the Hand):
    Even though I've been feeling heavy and tired, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
    Even though I've lost some of my zest for life, I honor how I feel and where I am right now.
    Even though I haven't felt youthful and energized, I am open to changing this now.

  2. Eyebrow (Inner Eyebrow):
    This heaviness I’ve been carrying...
    It's made me feel older...
    I allow myself to acknowledge this feeling.

  3. Side of the Eye (Outer Eye):
    The lack of energy...
    The loss of excitement...
    I see it, I feel it, and it's okay.

  4. Under the Eye:
    I’ve been feeling stuck...
    As if life is passing me by...
    I allow myself to release this now.

  5. Under the Nose:
    All this tiredness...
    All this stagnation...
    I choose to let it go.

  6. Chin (Under the Mouth):
    This belief that I’m too old, too tired...
    It’s been weighing me down...
    I’m ready to release it.

  7. Collarbone:
    I’m ready to let go of this heaviness...
    Ready to release the years I’ve been carrying...
    I’m open to feeling lighter and free.

  8. Under the Arm (About 4 inches below the armpit):
    This old, tired energy...
    I give it permission to leave my body...
    I make space for something new.

  9. Below the Ribs (About 2 inches below the breastbone):
    This dullness within me...
    I release it now...
    I open myself to vibrancy and life.

  10. Top of the Head:
    I am ready to let go...
    Ready to feel young, alive, and full of energy again.

Round 2: Inviting Youthfulness and Vitality

Take a deep breath in... and exhale slowly. Now, let’s go through the sequence again, this time inviting that youthful energy and zest for life to fill the space we've created.

  1. Karate Chop (Side of the Hand):
    Even though I’ve felt stuck in this tired energy, I choose to invite youthfulness and vitality into my life.
    Even though I've felt older than my years, I am open to feeling young, light, and energized.
    Even though I've lost some of my curiosity for life, I choose to reignite my inner spark.

  2. Eyebrow (Inner Eyebrow):
    I am open to feeling younger...
    Feeling lighter...
    Feeling more vibrant each day.

    I invite energy to flow through me...
    Filling every cell...

Take another deep breath in... hold it... and release. This final round is about fully embodying joy, energy, and inspiration. Let this energy fill you up and radiate outwards.
