Important Notice

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a membership or any product from The Wisdom Gym. By completing your purchase you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Wisdom Gym Ltd (Company Number: 15234806), referred to in these terms as "The Wisdom Gym", "we", "us" or "our".

1. About The Wisdom Gym

The Wisdom Gym is a digital membership community and online shop providing spiritual and personal development content, daily practice guidance, live sessions, an on-demand library, community access and digital products for individual purchase. We are operated by The Wisdom Gym Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 15234806).

2. Membership Tiers

We offer four membership tiers, all of which provide identical access to all membership content and benefits. The tiers differ only in monthly price:

• The Foundation — £45 per month

• The Practice — £75 per month

• The Devotion — £150 per month

• The Devotion Plus — £350 per month

All membership tiers include access to: daily practice content in the app; the full on-demand content library; the Sunday Service podcast; weekly live sessions with Claire Anstey (recorded for replay); and The Wisdom Gym community.

You may choose any tier at your own discretion. There is no difference in content or access between tiers.

3. Membership Contract and Billing

Your membership is a monthly rolling contract. It begins on the date your payment is processed and renews automatically each calendar month on the same date.

Payment is taken in advance at the beginning of each monthly billing period. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method automatically on each renewal date.

We reserve the right to change membership prices. If we increase the price of your membership tier we will give you at least 30 days written notice by email before the increase takes effect. You may cancel your membership before the new price applies if you do not wish to continue.

4. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to all membership content until that date.

To cancel please email claire@thewisdomgym.com or cancel directly through your account settings in the app.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period following cancellation.

5. Shop Products — Digital Downloads

In addition to our membership, we sell individual digital products through our online shop. These include:

• Downloadable audio sessions

• Downloadable video sessions

• Digital artwork

• Ebooks and written guides

• Digital courses

5.1 One-Off Purchases

All shop products are one-off purchases. Once purchased you receive immediate access to download or access the digital product. There are no ongoing charges or subscriptions associated with individual shop purchases.

5.2 Delivery

Digital products are made available for immediate download or access upon successful payment. Where a product is delivered by email link, please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it within a reasonable time. If you experience any difficulty accessing your purchase please contact us at claire@thewisdomgym.com.

5.3 Licence to Use

Purchase of a digital product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal development purposes only. You may not reproduce, share, resell, distribute or make available any purchased product to third parties in any form without our express written permission.

5.4 Refunds on Shop Products

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel a contract for digital content purchased online. However, this right does not apply where you have expressly requested immediate access to the digital content and acknowledged that you lose your cancellation right once the content has begun to be provided.

By completing your purchase of a digital product you confirm that:

• You request immediate access to the digital content; and

• You understand and agree that by receiving immediate access you waive your 14-day right to cancel and receive a refund.

We do not offer refunds on digital products except where:

• The product is faulty or materially not as described; or

• We are in material breach of these terms.

If you believe your product is faulty or not as described please contact us at claire@thewisdomgym.com within 14 days of purchase with details of the issue. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a

replacement or refund.

6. Membership Refund Policy and Consumer Rights

6.1 Digital Content — Waiver of Cooling-Off Period

By completing your membership purchase you confirm that:

• You request immediate access to The Wisdom Gym membership content; and

• You understand and agree that by receiving immediate access to digital content you waive your 14-day right to cancel and receive a refund.

Once your membership is activated and you have accessed the digital content, we do not offer refunds.

6.2 Exceptions

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. We will provide a refund where we are required to do so by law, including where the digital content is faulty or not as described, or where we are in material breach of these terms. If you believe you are entitled to a refund please contact us at claire@thewisdomgym.com.

7. Access and Platform

Membership content is delivered through our designated platform (currently movement.io). You are responsible for ensuring you have a compatible device and internet connection to access the content.

We reserve the right to change the platform through which content is delivered. We will provide reasonable notice of any such change.

Your membership account is personal to you and may not be shared with or transferred to any other person.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided through The Wisdom Gym — whether through membership or individual purchase — including audio, video, written materials, digital artwork, courses, guided practices and live session recordings, is the intellectual property of The Wisdom Gym Ltd or is used with permission.

Your purchase or membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own personal development purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, publish or make available any content to third parties without our express written permission.

9. Community Standards

Access to The Wisdom Gym community is subject to our community guidelines. We expect all members to engage with genuine respect, care and the spirit of the values we teach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund if a member engages in behaviour that is harmful, abusive, discriminatory or otherwise inconsistent with the values of The Wisdom Gym community.

10. Disclaimer

The Wisdom Gym provides spiritual and personal development content for general educational and self-development purposes. Our content does not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice.

If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please seek support from a qualified mental health professional. Our content is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

Results from engagement with our content vary between individuals. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wisdom Gym Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the membership or any purchased product.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued membership or purchase after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
