February: Morning & Evening Rituals. This month we are focusing on introducing how our morning and evening activities can be deliberately designed to set us up for our day and enable us to find contentment.

April: Understanding your thoughts. This month we practice meditations that enable us to have power over our negative thoughts and calm our minds. We have some reading that will educate you on your mind and how it works. And we have hypnotherapy sessions that focus on rewiring your negative self belief and strengthening your self-esteem.
